All demolition works are done (expect for the "stiffener" that is awaiting demolition under supervision from a P.E.) and the tiling works are about to commence. Added some pictures of the place after demolition here.
Bringing down the kitchen wall was awesome. The place became much brighter, and you could feel air flowing from the balcony, out to the kitchen and yard windows... Seems like the "radical" decision to demolish the kitchen wall would actually turn out okay.
One interesting thing though, is that my wife is starting to complain that our place is looking a little small. Work stress must be really getting to her... =.=
